Beth has been closely tracking the significant shift in Connecticut’s environmental regulatory framework, including the sunsetting of the Connecticut Property Transfer Act and the transition to the new release-based regulations that became effective March 1, 2026. Her up-to-date knowledge of these changes positions her clients to navigate evolving requirements efficiently and proactively.
